Execution History is designed to view and customize the SQL query history. To access the Execution History, select Execution History in the Options dialog.
The options available on the Execution History page include:
When the option is selected (the default state), SQL Complete stores SQL query history.
Here you can specify the period in days within which SQL Complete will store the executed queries. 60 days are set by default.
The maximum interval you can specify to store the executed queries is 365 days. After the specified period has ended, the history is automatically deleted. You can also upload the file with the history data by copying it from the folder on your computer to the required place. The default folder to store is C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Devart\dbForge SQL Complete\ExecutedQueries.
Note
The file cannot be viewed from the dbForge tool; the old data will be auto-deleted.
The option allows you to specify the maximum script size to store. 1024 KB is set as default.
The option will display the SQL history at startup beginning from the specified time period. Last week is set as default.
Note
In the Express edition of SQL Complete, SQL Query History is stored for the last 3 days only.
Here you can specify the path to the folder where the execution history is stored. If you want to remove execution history, click Clear Execution History.

By default, the query execution history is stored in the ‘ExecutedQueries.db’ file located in the following folder: ‘%appdata%\Devart\dbForge SQL Complete\ExecutedQueries’. Note that this file does not store your connection passwords, ensuring the security of your sensitive information.
To view execution history, go to the SQL Complete menu and select Execution History. The document looks the following way:
