Export data from the results grid
In the dbForge tool, you can export data from the results grid to PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, text, or image file.
To export data from the results grid to a file
1. Open the results grid in the preview mode by doing one of the following actions:
- Right-click the grid and select Print.
- On the File menu, click Print.
2. On the Preview toolbar, click the down arrow > Export Document and select the format you want to export the results grid to.
3. In the Export options dialog that opens, set the options and click OK. Keep in mind that the settings vary depending on the format you choose.
4. To keep the changes, save the file.
