Viewing Object Dependencies
The Objects Dependencies tree, introduced in dbForge Studio for Oracle, offers a fast and simple way to view and navigate through schema object dependencies that belong to each schema object.
Each of available schema objects within Database Explorer has Depends On and Used By collections.
The Depends On collection includes schema objects that must be present for the object to function properly.
The Used By collection includes schema objects that depend upon the selected object.
In its turn, you can expand any object within Used By or Depends On to analyze its own dependencies.
Right-click any database element to learn more about it, find it in Database Explorer etc. (the list of available options depends on an object’s type).
