How to save, load, and print a pivot table
With the Query Builder tool, you can save, print, or export a pivot table to different formats.
To save a pivot table
On the File menu, select Save or press Ctrl+S.
To print a pivot table
1. On the File menu, select Print.
2. In the Preview dialog that opens, click Quick Print.
To export a pivot table to different formats
1. On the File menu, select Print.
2. In the Preview window that opens, on the File menu, click Export Document and select the file format.
3. In the File format export options dialog, set up export options depending on the format you chose and click OK.
4. In the Save As dialog, enter the document name and click Save.
