Parameters

newPassword

The new password.

Use the ChangePassword method to change user's password if the current password is obsolete. If a session is not opened this method opens the session automatically with username and password specified at Credential propery.

This overload is supported only in the OCI connection mode. Oracle Client version must be the same as the Oracle server version.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
