    Determines whether parameters will be passed by name to the stored procedure calls.
    Syntax

Public Property PassParametersByName As Boolean
    public bool PassParametersByName {get; set;}

    Property Value

    true if parameters should be passed by name; otherwise, false. The default value is false.
    Remarks
    If set to true, parameters will be passed by name regardless of individual OracleCommand.PassParametersByName values.
