Exporting Data Reports to Various Formats

This topic explains how to export available data report to one of the supported formats.

After you created a data report, you can export it to PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, text file or image file. To do this, you should:

1. Click the Preview button below the report. The report preview will be shown.
2. Click the down arrow on the Export Document button on the document toolbar and choose the format you want to export your report to.
3. Define the needed settings in the window that appears (the settings vary depending on the format).
4. Save the file.
