Receiving and Sending Alerts and Pipe Messages
How to start listening to alerts
- Open Event Monitor.
- Select Alert in the Event type box.
- Enter name of the required alert.
- Click the
button on the Event Monitor toolbar.
To stop listening to the alerts, click this button again.
How to get one alert or pipe message
- Open Event Monitor.
- Select the required event type.
- Enter the name of the required alert or pipe.
- Click the
button on the Event Monitor toolbar.
How to send alert or pipe message
- Open Event Monitor.
- Select the required event type.
- Enter the name of the required alert or pipe.
- Enter the message text.
- Click the
button on the Event Monitor toolbar.
