    Converts the specified System.String representation of a date to its PgSqlTimeStamp equivalent.
    Syntax

    )

    Parameters

    value
    The System.String to be parsed.

    Return Value

    a PgSqlTimeStamp structure equal to the date represented by the specified System.String.
    Remarks
    The value format must correspond to your local windows settings.
    Example
    The following example demonstrates usage of Parse method on a machine that has default Windows XP settings. If you have custom settings or use non-English version of the operating system you must change the format of value parameter.
    PgSqlTimeStamp newts = PgSqlTimeStamp.Parse("12/25/2005 3:40:15 PM");
    Dim newts As PgSqlTimeStamp = PgSqlTimeStamp.Parse("12/25/2005 3:40:15 PM")
    Requirements

    Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
