    Represents PostgreSQL SELECT statement.

    Remarks
    Use PgSqlSelectStatement to construct a SELECT statement in run time. The PgSqlSelectStatement provides an object-oriented interface for manipulating each part of SQL SELECT statements. Use the ToString method to retrieve text of the constructed statement.
