How to share custom formatting profiles

Custom formatting profiles can be easily shared with other users of Data Compare for SQL Server. There are two ways to do it.
The first one is as follows:
- Go to the Tools menu and proceed to Options > Formatting > Profiles.
- Find the required profile and copy the File Path for sharing.
An alternative way is to use the Import and Export Settings wizard.
- Go to the Tools menu and click Import and Export Settings.
- Select Export selected environment settings and click Next.
- In the Choose setting to export window, go to All Settings > Options > Text Editor > Formatting and select Profiles. Clear all the unnecessary checkboxes.
- Enter a name for your settings file, specify the target directory, and click Execute.
