How to install a test framework

To install a test framework

1. In Database Explorer, right-click the connected database or a specific database object and select Unit Test > Install Test Framework. Alternatively, on the Database menu, select Unit Test > Install Test Framework.

2. In the Install tSQLt Framework window that opens, choose a target database, for which the framework will be installed and click Install.

3. The window shows the installation progress. Click Minimize Application to minimize the window.

4. Upon successful installation, the window displays the message ‘tSQLt Framework installed successfully’ and a version of the installed tSQLt Framework.

5. Click Finish.
