Project owner role gives you access to user management options.

Making a User an Administrator

To grant a user administrator’s privileges, so that they could manage other users as well:

  1. Click the Options button on the Code Review Board.

  2. Go to the Users tab.

  3. Select a user from the list.

  4. Select the Is Administrator check box.

  5. Click Apply.

Changing User Password

In case you need to reset or set a new password for an existing user:

  1. Click the Options button on the Code Review Board.

  2. Go to the Users tab.

  3. Select a user from the list.

  4. Select the Set Password check box.

  5. Enter and confirm the new password.

  6. Click Apply.

Deleting a User

To delete a user from Review Assistant:

  1. Click the Options button on the Code Review Board.

  2. Go to the Users tab.

  3. Select a user from the list.

  4. Click Delete.

  5. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes, or click No to cancel the operation.

Note: After a user has been deleted, their name will be removed from the users list of Review Assistant. You can no longer log in under the user credentials. At the same time, the user name will remain in all reviews that he participated in, but will be marked as “(removed)”. All the data relating to the deleted user (reviews, comments, etc.) will also remain.

Note: In order to perform user editing you must be logged in with administrative privileges.
