How to exclude all objects with the Only in Target status

After you have compared the databases, the comparison results grid opens, showing all objects for synchronization selected by default. If you don’t want objects with the Only in Target status to be synchronized, you can exclude them with the help of the Objects Filter pane.

To open the Objects Filter pane, go to Comparison and select Objects Filter or press Ctrl+L.

To exclude all objects with the Only in Target status

1. In the Objects Filter pane, click Edit Filter next to All object types.

2. In the Filter Editor dialog that opens, select Exclude objects if and click Add to select Add Condition from the shortcut menu.

3. Specify the condition details in the following manner:

  • From the Source Object dropdown list, select Status.
  • Select Equals as a comparison operator.
  • From the Enter a value dropdown list, select Only in Target.
  • Click OK to save the condition.

As a result, the objects with the Only in Target status will be excluded from the comparison results grid.
