Creating a Review from Work Item Query Result Window
To create a review from the Query Results window:

Go to the Home page of the Team Explorer.

Click New Query next to the Work Items.

Insert the query conditions.

Click Run. The Query Results window will show you results that match your query.

Right-click a required work item, and then select Review Work Item Code in the shortcut menu. A new review will be created automatically.
Creating a Review from Work Item Editor
To create a review from the Work Item Editor:

Double-click a required work item in the Query Results window, the Work Item Editor will open.

Right-click the header of the Work Item Editor and select Review Work Item Code in the shortcut menu. A new review will be created automatically.
Creating a Review from Changesets
To create a review from changesets:

Right-click a required project in the Source Control Explorer window.

Select View History in the shortcut menu.

In the project History window, select the Changesets tab.

Right-click a required changeset or multiple changesets if needed.

Select Review Changesets in the shortcut menu.

The new review will be created automatically. All modified files will be added to the review automatically.
