Deactivation
Deactivation of Devart products requires Internet connection.
Deactivation via the user interface
1. Go to the Help menu and click Deactivate.
2. The Deactivate Product window opens. Click Deactivate.
Note
If your deactivation is successful, the product switches to the trial mode. You can now use this serial number on a different computer.
Deactivation from the user’s cabinet
You can also deactivate your product from your user’s cabinet on the Devart website.
1. Log in to your account on the Devart website.
2. Go to the Products tab and select the product you want to deactivate.
3. The License details page opens and shows the list of active licenses.
4. Select the license you want to deactivate and click Deactivate.
Deactivation from the command line
It is also possible to deactivate dbForge Index Manager from the command line.
1. Open the Command Prompt.
2. Navigate to the folder where the executable file is located.
3. Run the following command:
indexmanager.com /deactivate
The /deactivate command-line switch can be used with the following argument.
