Focus and Selection Shortcuts

Use following shortcut keys for changing focus and selection on the diagram.

SHIFT+TAB | Moves focus and selection backward | Diagram |
CTRL+ALT+TAB | Moves focus forward without moving selection (this shortcut is not available in Windows 7) | Diagram |
CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+TAB | Move focus backward without moving selection (this shortcut is not available in Windows 7) | Diagram |
HOME | Moves focus and selection to the first item (shape or column) | Diagram |
END | Moves focus and selection to the last item (shape or column) | Diagram |
SPACE | Toggle selection of the focused item | Diagram |
UP ARROW | Moves focus and selection to the previous column or stored routine parameter | Diagram |
DOWN ARROW | Moves focus and selection to the next column or stored routine parameter | Diagram |
CTRL+UP ARROW | Moves focus without selection to the previous column or stored routine parameter | Diagram |
CTRL+DOWN ARROW | Moves focus without selection to the next column or stored routine parameter | Diagram |
SHIFT+UP ARROW | Moves focus to the previous column or stored routine parameter. Adds it to selection if the first selection column or stored routine parameter is below, otherwise, removes selection from the current column or stored routine parameter. | Diagram |
SHIFT+DOWN ARROW | Moves focus to the next column or stored routine parameter. Adds it to selection if the first selection column or stored routine parameter is above, otherwise, removes selection from the current column or stored routine parameter. | Diagram |
CTRL+SHIFT+UP ARROW | Moves focus to the previous column or stored routine parameter and extends the selection on it | Diagram |
CTRL+SHIFT+DOWN ARROW | Moves focus to the next column or stored routine parameter and extends the selection on it | Diagram |
SHIFT+PERIOD | Moves focus to the lower level (Sheet -> Shape -> Column or stored routine parameter) | Diagram |
SHIFT+COMMA | Moves focus to the upper level (Sheet <- Shape <- Column or stored routine parameter) | Diagram |

ALT+DOWN ARROW | Moves focus to the table shape name if the focus was on the table shape. Table shape expands if it was previously collapsed. | Diagram |
