To work with a 32-bit Oracle client on 64-bit Windows, use the 32-bit version of dbForge Studio for Oracle v4.6 or any later version. Starting from dbForge Studio for Oracle version 6.0, you can select the appropriate bitness (64-bit or 32-bit) during installation.
