LegacyFileFormat Property

Gets or sets a value that indicates backwards compatibility of the database file.

Property Value

If true, new databases will be created compatible with all 3.x engines; otherwise the new database may be compatible with the current engine version only. The default value is true.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
