Use the Options window to adjust database diagram behavior to your needs. To open it, select Options from the Tools menu.
Options can be set either globally for all the diagram documents or separately for a particular one.
The Database Diagram Page section of the Options window allows you to customize page settings for diagram printing. It contains the following options:
Size
Set the size of paper for printing.
Source
Specify where the paper you want to use is located in the printer.

Specify how the document is positioned on the page.

Specify margins to set the printing area of the page.
|
Set the percentage of the printing area which will be overlapped on the adjacent pages.

Header text
Specify the text to print at the top of each page. You may use the letter and character combinations in the following list to print some specific information in the header.
• | &f - Insert the file name. |
• | &d - Insert the current date. |
• | &t - Insert the current time. |
• | &p - Insert page numbers. |
• | &P - Insert the page count |
Footer text
Specify the text to print at the bottom of each page. You may use the letter and character combinations in the following list to print some specific information in the footer.
• | &f - Insert the file name. |
• | &d - Insert the current date. |
• | &t - Insert the current time. |
• | &p - Insert page numbers. |
• | &P - Insert the page count |

You can access the aforementioned options (except the Reset button) if you right-click the diagram and select Options from the menu. Instead of the Reset button in the options, you will see Default. The difference between these buttons is the following:
Reset restores all the options to the predefined by Devart. The Default button restores the options to the ones specified on the Database Diagram General section of the Options window.
