    Closes the current stream and releases any resources associated with it.
    Syntax

    Remarks

    Use Close to free resources taken by a PgSqlBlob instance, i.e. after performing large data transfer. After closing PgSqlBlob object call of any method of this object will throw an System.ObjectDisposedException.

    This method is actually the same as Dispose() method.

    PgSqlDataReader pictureReader = myCommand.ExecuteReader();
    pictureReader.Read();
    PgSqlBlob pictureBlob = pictureReader.GetPgSqlBlob(pictureReader.GetOrdinal("Picture"));
    ...
    //use pictureBlob

    pictureBlob.Close();

    pictureReader.Read()
