A signed number indicating the relative values of the current PgSqlTime structure and the object.

Return Value	Condition
Less than zero	The value of the current PgSqlTime is less than the argument.
Zero	The current PgSqlTime is the same to the argument.
Greater than zero	The current PgSqlTime is greater than the argument.
