Parameters

stream

Stream to read SQL statements from.

Call to this method makes consequent invocation of Execute read SQL script from specified stream.

This Open(String) method, as well as its overloads, does not load the text into memory or populate the Statements collection. So it is much more efficient to use Open(String) methods from performance and memory consumption points of view.

Open(Stream) does not change current position in the stream.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
