Greater Than or Equal Operator (OracleString)

Compares two OracleString structures to determine if the first is greater than or equal to the second.

Parameters

value1: First OracleString.
value2: Second OracleString.

Return Value

true if the first of two OracleBinary values is greater than or equal to the second; otherwise, false.
