    Determines whether to send an additional query to check whether there are implicit REF CURSOR parameters if CommandType is CommandType.StoredProcedure and OracleConnectionStringBuilder.DescribeStoredProcedure is true when executing the command.

    true if the check must be performed; otherwise, false. Default value is true.
