IdentityInsert Property (OracleCommandBuilder)

Determines whether the row identity column value is database-generated or it is provided by DataSet when inserting the DataSet data into the database. This property is ignored if IdentityType for the identity column is None or GeneratedAlways.

Property Value
If
true, identity column values are inserted into the database for columns with
OracleIdentityType equal to GeneratedByDefault or GeneratedByDefaultOnNull; otherwise they are not inserted. Default value is
false.
