    BinaryUuidOrder Property
    In This Topic
    Enables processing UUID using binary MySQL UUID order of bytes when converting binary(16) to System.Guid.
    Syntax
    'Declaration

    Public Property BinaryUuidOrder As Boolean
    public bool BinaryUuidOrder {get; set;}

    Property Value

    true, if the provider should treat BINARY(16) values as guid in the MySQL UUID_TO_BIN format; otherwise, false. The default value is false.
    Remarks
    This parameter is applied only if BinaryAsGuid is set to true. There are two different binary representations of GUID values. One is used in the MySQL UUID_TO_BIN function, and another one is used by .NET Guid. They differ by byte order. By default, BINARY(16) values read from MySQL are treated as values in the .NET Guid format. If this property is set to true, the values are treated as values in the format, used by MySQL UUID_TO_BIN function.
