public void FetchResults(SQLiteConnection sqConnection)
{
  SQLiteCommand cmd = new SQLiteCommand("SELECT * FROM Dept");
  cmd.FetchSize = 100;
  cmd.Connection = sqConnection;
  sqConnection.Open();
  try
  {
    SQLiteDataReader reader = cmd.ExecuteReader();
    if (reader.HasRows)
    {
      while (reader.Read())
      {
        for (int i=0;i<reader.FieldCount;i++)
        {
          Console.Write("\t"+reader[i]);
        }
        Console.WriteLine();
      }
    }
    else
    {
      Console.WriteLine("No rows detected.");
    }
  }
  finally
  {
    sqConnection.Close();
  }
}
Public Sub FetchResults(ByVal sqConnection As SQLiteConnection)
  Dim cmd As SQLiteCommand = New SQLiteCommand("SELECT * FROM Dept")
  cmd.FetchSize = 100
  cmd.Connection = sqConnection
  sqConnection.Open()
  Try
    Dim reader As SQLiteDataReader = cmd.ExecuteReader()
    If reader.HasRows Then
