Adds a PgSqlParameter to the PgSqlParameterCollection given the parameter name and value.

Syntax

public PgSqlParameter Add( 
   string parameterName,
   object value
)

parameterName: The name of the parameter.
value: The Devart.Common.DbParameterBase.Value of the PgSqlParameter to add to the collection.
