Initializes a new instance of the PgSqlTimeStamp structure with the specified year, month, and day.

Parameters

year: The specified year.
month: The specified month.

Remarks

Note that this overload initializes the PgSqlTimeStamp structure in date-only mode, which means that ToString methods do not include the time part of the PgSqlTimeStamp.
