Work with stamps on a diagram

A diagram stamp lets you specify the following information about the diagram: diagram author, company, version, copyrights, project name, and date. An unlimited number of stamps can be added to a diagram.
Create a stamp
To create a stamp, do one of the following:
- Right-click a diagram and select New > Stamp.
- On the database diagram toolbar, select New Stamp and indicate a place on the diagram.
Edit a stamp
To edit a stamp, double-click the required value and update it.
Remove a stamp from a diagram
To remove a stamp from a diagram, right-click it and select Remove from Diagram. Alternatively, select the stamp and press the Delete keyboard shortcut.
Adjust stamp shapes
To adjust stamp shapes, right-click the stamp, select Shape, and then select one of the following options:
- Bring to Front to move the stamp above other overlapping objects.
- Send to Back to move the stamp behind other overlapping objects.
- Align to Grid to align objects to the grid for a structured layout.
- Best Fit to automatically adjust the zoom level to ensure that all objects fit within the stamp.
Synchronize with Document Outline
To display a stamp in Document Outline, right-click it and select Synchronize with Document Outline.
