Synchronize to Microsoft Cloud services
When you use the following Microsoft Cloud services as the target during data comparison and synchronization, certain options will be unavailable on the Options page of the Data Synchronization Wizard:
- Azure SQL Database (SQL DB)
- Azure Synapse Analytics Dedicated SQL pools
- Azure Synapse Analytics Serverless
- Microsoft Fabric (Warehouse, Lakehouse, and SQL Database)

Other limitations
- The Include USE < database_name > option is unavailable for Azure Synapse Analytics Serverless and Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse.
- Azure Synapse Analytics Serverless and Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse cannot be used as the target for data synchronization.
- The Disable DDL triggers and Disable DML triggers options don’t affect data synchronization when Azure Synapse Analytics Dedicated SQL pools or Microsoft Fabric Warehouse is used.
- The Disable check constraints option doesn’t affect data synchronization with Microsoft Fabric Warehouse.
