Shape and column managing shortcuts

Use following shortcut keys to manipulate shapes and columns on the diagram.

Shortcut Keys Action Where is used
UP ARROW Moves the selected shapes one grid step up if some shapes are selected Diagram
DOWN ARROW Moves the selected shapes one grid step down if some shapes are selected Diagram
LEFT ARROW Moves the selected shapes one grid step left if some shapes are selected Diagram
RIGHT ARROW Moves the selected shapes one grid step right if some shapes are selected Diagram
CTRL+UP ARROW Moves the selected shapes one pixel up if some shapes are selected Diagram
CTRL+DOWN ARROW Moves the selected shapes one pixel down if some shapes are selected Diagram
CTRL+LEFT ARROW Moves the selected shapes one pixel left if some shapes are selected Diagram
CTRL+RIGHT ARROW Moves the selected shapes one pixel right if some shapes are selected Diagram
SHIFT+UP ARROW Decreases the height of the selected shapes one grid step if some shapes are selected Diagram
SHIFT+DOWN ARROW Increases the height of the selected shapes one grid step if some shapes are selected Diagram
SHIFT+LEFT ARROW Decreases the width of the selected shapes one grid step if some shapes are selected Diagram
SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW Increases the width of the selected shapes one grid step if some shapes are selected Diagram
CTRL+SHIFT+UP ARROW Decreases the height of the selected shapes one pixel if some shapes are selected Diagram
CTRL+SHIFT+DOWN ARROW Increases the height of the selected shapes one pixel if some shapes are selected Diagram

ALT+LEFT ARROW Expands the shape or table compartment Diagram
ALT+LEFT ARROW Collapses the shape or table compartment Diagram
ENTER Opens editor for the selected objects Database Diagram
ENTER Includes selected columns to the query if some columns are selected Query Builder Diagram
DELETE Excludes the selected shapes from the diagram when shapes are selected Diagram
DELETE Drops the selected columns, constraints, or triggers from database when table columns, constraints, or triggers are selected Database Diagramm
CTRL+DELETE Drops the selected database objects from the database Database Diagram
