US State Capital generator

The US State Capital generator creates the names of state capitals in the United States, such as Sacramento, Austin, or Albany. This data is usually used for applications involving geographic, governmental, or demographic contexts.

The table provides key details about the generator, including the short name, sample of the generated data, the supported data types, and whether it is specific to a particular country.

Matching rules

The generator can be assigned to a column whose name ends with ‘Capital’, preceded by any or no characters, regardless of the table name.

Configure additional options

The Text box displays a .csv file that contain a list of state codes. The default path to the file is C:\Users\Public\Documents\Devart\dbForge Studio for PostgreSQL\Data Generators\USStateCodes.csv.
