Watermarks in Security Manager

There are several situations in Security Manager when editor for managing users accounts is not available. In these cases a message explaining why the editor cannot be displayed is shown on its place. Here are the messages:

  • To view the list of users, select a connection from the drop-down list on the window toolbar or click Refresh

    No connection is selected, and there are no objects in the user, role, or profile list (i.e. there is no user, role, or profile to select).

  • You do not have enough privileges to view users. Select another connection or change connection settings and click Refresh

    User has no rights to read security metadata.

  • Cannot show editor because no users are selected or objects of different types are selected

    If different types of objects are selected in the tree.
