Duplicating Security Objects

dbForge Studio for Oracle allows you to create a new security object (user, role or the profile), based on the existing one. To do it:

1. Right-click the required security object in the Security Manager.
2. Select Duplicate Object on the shortcut menu. The right part of the editor will contain a new security object, that is an exact copy of the existing one except for its name.
3. Make changes to the object if you need and save it. Note that no object will be created until you save it.
