Description
Use the ParseStream method to read the InputStream property of the associated TScHttpRequestInfo object, parse it in the multipart/form-data format as defined in RFC 7578, and store information about the detected data parts in the Parts list.
Note that this method does not split InputStream into multiple separate streams. Instead, it provides information about the positions and sizes of the data parts within InputStream.
