Description

The ContentTransferEncoding property contains the value of the content-transfer-encoding header field for the data part. Note that this header field is deprecated in RFC 7578 and is retained in the TScHttpMultipartData class for compatibility only. The property value is simply passed from the client to the server and does not affect the content of the data part. If you need to encode the data before sending it to the server, you must do it yourself.
