Activate Using an Activation File

If you need to perform an offline activation or prefer not to activate the driver over the internet, you can use a file containing the activation key.

This method works only for Perpetual licenses.

To activate the driver offline on Linux, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the folder where the driver is installed. The default installation path is:
   • For the DEB package: /usr/share/devart/odbcsqlite
   • For the RPM package: /usr/local/devart/odbcsqlite
2. In that folder, create a file with the activation.key name.
3. Copy the activation key from the registration email or your Customer Portal account and paste it into the created file.
4. Save the file.

The driver gets activated.
