Linux DSN Configuration

After the linux (DEB or RPM) driver is installed, a DSN with the name DEVART_QUESTDB is created. You can use it to test the connection with the QUESTDB server. For this, perform the following steps:

1. Open the odbc.ini file located in the /etc folder. Find the DEVART_QUESTDB section and specify the required connection settings:

   
       User ID=<your QUESTDB User Name>
       Password=<your QUESTDB password>
       Server=<your QUESTDB server address>
       Port=<your QUESTDB Port>
       
       
   

2. Run the UnixODBC Test Command utility and test a connection using the following command:

   isql -v DEVART_QUESTDB
