Activate Using Devart ODBC Administrator

You can activate the driver using Devart ODBC Administrator. For Subscription licenses, this method requires an internet connection. For Perpetual licenses, no internet connection is required.

Activate the driver

To activate the driver on Linux using Devart ODBC Administrator:

1. Open Devart ODBC Administrator.
2. Select a DSN. You can use either an automatically created one on the System DSN tab (starts with DEVART) or your custom DSN if you've already created it.
3. Click Configure.

   

4. On the License tab of the configuration dialog, click Input Activation Key.

   

5. Here, you can activate the driver using one of the following methods:
   • Enter an activation key: Paste your activation key into the corresponding box.
   • Load an activation file: Click Load Key and select the file that contains the activation key.
   You can find your activation key in the registration email or your Customer Portal account. To open the Customer Portal, click Get Purchased or Trial Activation Key.

   

6. Click OK.

Deactivate the driver

To deactivate the driver on Linux using Devart ODBC Administrator:

1. Open Devart ODBC Administrator.
2. Select a DSN, then click Configure. You can use either an automatically created one on the System DSN tab (starts with DEVART) or your custom DSN if you've already created it.
3. On the License tab of the configuration dialog, click Deactivate Product.
