Remarks

This function returns the banner contents, that warns the user about unauthorized access to the database (SEC_USER_UNAUTHORIZED_ACCESS_BANNER). The SEC_USER_UNAUTHORIZED_ACCESS_BANNER parameter in the sqlnet.ora file specifies the complete path to the text file containing the banner contents.
