Use the Options window to adjust database diagram behavior to your needs. To open it, choose Options from the Tools menu.
Options can be set either globally for all the diagram documents or separately for a particular one.
The Database Diagram Print section of the Options window allows you to customize diagram printing settings. It contains the following options:

This section is available only if you open the Options window by right-clicking the diagram and selecting Options in the menu.
Name
Select a required printer from the list.
Properties
Click to set up a printer in the Printer Properties dialog.
Center Image
Select to center the image on the page.
Scale
Specify a scale for printing.
Fit to Pages
Select to use automatic scaling to fit to the specific number of pages.
Pages Across
Specify the number of pages to fit the diagram width to.
Pages Down
Specify the number of pages to fit the diagram height to.
Print Grid
Select to print the diagram grid.
Print Markup Mode
Specify whether to print the markup which helps to cut and glue together the diagram that is printed several sheets.
None
No markup is printed.
Page Margins
Page margin borders are printed as a dotted line. Only borders of margins, that should be cut off are printed. For example, for top left page only right and bottom borders are printed.
Full Markup
Overlapping borders markup is printed, where needed, to help you to glue diagram pages together.
Note
You can access the aforementioned options (except the Reset button) if you right-click the diagram and select Options from the menu. Instead of the Reset button in the options, you will see Default. The difference between these buttons is the following:
Reset restores all the options to the predefined by Devart. The Default button restores the options to the ones specified on the Diagram General section of the Options window.
