Initializes a new instance of the SqlParameter class with the parameter name and a SqlParameter object.

Syntax

Parameters

parameterName: The name of the parameter.
value: An Object that is the value of the SqlParameter.

Example

The following example creates a new SqlParameter and sets some of its properties.

        myParameter.Direction = ParameterDirection.Input;
