    Initializes a new instance of the SqlMonitor class.
    Syntax

    public SqlMonitor()
    Remarks
    The base constructor initializes all fields to their default values. To activate monitoring after SqlMonitor construction set IsActive property to true. To disable monitoring set this property to false. Monitoring will be automatically deactivated after SqlMonitor instance destruction.
