SQLiteDateTime Constructor(Int32,Int32,Int32,Int32,Int32,Int32,Int32,TimeSpan)
Initializes a new instance of the SQLiteDateTime structure with the specified year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and microsecond and with time zone offset, specified as System.TimeSpan.
