Initializes a new instance of the PgSqlParameter class with the parameter name and a PgSqlParameter object.

Parameters

parameterName: The name of the parameter.
value: An Object that is the value of the PgSqlParameter.

The following example creates a new PgSqlParameter and sets some of its properties.
