Initializes a new instance of the PgSqlBigIntRange structure with the specified range bounds. This constructor allows specifying whether each bound will be inclusive or not.

Parameters

lowerBound: Lower bound.
isLowerBoundInclusive: If true, the lower bound of the range will be inclusive. If false, it is exclusive.
upperBound: Upper bound.
isUpperBoundInclusive: If true, the upper bound of the range will be inclusive. If false, it is exclusive.
