    Initializes a new instance of the MagentoMonitor class.

    Remarks
    The base constructor initializes all fields to their default values. To activate monitoring after MagentoMonitor construction set IsActive property to true. To disable monitoring set this property to false. Monitoring will be automatically deactivated after MagentoMonitor instance destruction.
