Converts the specified System.String representation of an IP address to its PgSqlMacAddr equivalent.

value: The System.String to be parsed. It must be a hexadecimal representation of a six-byte MAC address with optional delimiter characters: '.', ':', or '-'.

A PgSqlMacAddr structure equal to the polygon represented by the specified System.String.
